DEVICE UNDER CONTRACT: There are remaining contractual obligation payments due on the device itself. The device is not good for reactivation or unlocking until they are resolved.
ACTIVE ON AN ACCOUNT: The device is tied to an active T-Mobile network account that is currently in good standing.
FRAUD: There is a fraud alert attached to the device.
NON-TMO IMEI: The phone is not recognized by or is incompatible with the T-Mobile network.
