MDM Status
This check will return the MDM (Mobile Device Management) status for Apple devices, displaying either “ON” or “OFF”. This check also identifies Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) via Apple Business Manager. IMEIs and Serial Numbers are supported.
Why It Matters
The MDM check identifies if the specific device is part of a fleet, and therefore only eligible for resale upon permission of the fleet / device owner.
When to Use
Use this check to identify if a specific Apple device is owned or managed as part of a fleet and is therefore ineligible for resale until the MDM lock is disabled.
